How It Works

Teko Pro accounts are a set of two accounts: Master and Agent accounts.
Service requests can only be dispatched by the Agent account and the Master account is for the use of the after-sales management.

In-Warranty Field Services

They are the service requests dispatched via the Teko Pro account for appliances under manufacturer warranty or extended warranty.

They are charged the above service rates.

  1. If a service is completed on the first visit, the Teko Pro account is billed the above rate, excluding the cost of parts.
  2. If the initial service results in a Check-up, due to the need of parts and requires a second visit to complete it, the Teko Pro account is billed the Check-up fee and the labor fee.

Parts for the service are to be supplied by the Teko Pro account holder and shipped directly to their end-client.

A service request dispatched by an Agent account is charged a platform dispatch fee of P75 with a minimum of 50 dispatches per month.

Service and platform fees are billed on the 1st of each month.

Out-of-Warranty Field Services

They are the service requests dispatched via the Teko Pro account for out of warranty appliances.

They are transactions between Teko and the end-client.

  1. Teko Pro account holder is not responsible or liable.
  2. Repair rates follow the market rate and are agreed with the client via Teko's internal quotation process.
  3. Installation rates follow Teko standard rates published here.

The Teko Pro account holder agrees to supply Teko the parts for out-of-warranty services of their appliances.
