Php 2 Million Property Protection

To be covered under the Teko Property Protection Guarantee (TPPG), you must have booked the services of a technician on the Teko Platform and be able to provide proof in the form of receipts, emails, or SMS messages. Please review the full Terms below.

In the unfortunate event that any damage occurs to any of your property that is eligible for coverage, please contact Teko Support and we will assist you.

Coverage

The TPPG covers up to Php 2 Million for property damage that is directly caused by a technician booked on Teko. It does not cover any issues arising from installations and/or incomplete work. Damage must arise from services being rendered by the technician based on your original request. Rendered add-on services that are not requested through Teko are not covered, even if done by a Teko technician.

Damage or losses must be due to negligence of the technician while working directly on the service requested.

The TPPG does not cover all types of property. It does not replace or supercede your standard homeowners, renters, property, or any other type of insurance. It only covers losses not covered by any insurance policy. You may request for the complete terms of coverage of the PPG by emailing support@teko.ph.

Terms

TPPG is limited to Php 2 Million, and is only for registered customers of Teko who have used the platform to book a technician for a Service. It does not cover:

  • Direct physical loss or physical damage, including faulty installation or incomplete/unfinished work.
  • Artwork, commemoratives, antique items and collectibles.

Only the person who requested the Service as a registered user is eligible to request for coverage.

We will require proof in form of confirmation emails, Service Receipts, SMS messages, and photographs. It must show that the Service Request was completed within 7 days prior to your coverage request.

You must immediately notify us any damages within the service time period of it occurring while the technician is present.

Claimants are required to try and resolve the claim of damages with the technician. Teko will also assist claimants to resolve claims with the technician directly.
